Does AlexIA reply inside WhatsApp?
Yes. AlexIA uses her own number and is added to the team group like any other contact. She answers with the information the club approves: times, pitches, kits and call-ups.
Does she read every message in the group?
Only if the club turns it on. By default she answers when called by name.
What if she doesn't know the answer?
She says so and alerts the coach instead of making things up.
How much does it cost?

Is it an official WhatsApp app?
No. She connects to a dedicated number as a linked device, so she never uses the coach's or the club's personal number.
